Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION FEES

We understand that “things happen”. Cancellation or reschedules by 6PM the day before a shoot (including Monday) will not incur a charge. After 6PM (in the local time zone) 15% of the total shoot will be charged. 

In the event there is an onsite cancellation, inability to access the property or the property is not ready for photos we reserve the right to charge a $100 fee.

To cancel and/or reschedule a shoot email us at website@v1photos.com or call 1-833-558-1742. Please leave a voicemail message which includes the property address and your phone number.

TRAVEL FEES

Travel Fees may be charged for properties outside our geographical service area(s).  Please contact customer service at 1-833-558-1742 to confirm our service area. All travel fees will be disclosed prior to confirming the shoot date and time.
